State Tire Fees
Some states impose a fee on tires sold.
In many states, a fee applies to every purchase of new tires. In most cases, these fees are collected by the tire seller – so here at Sakamoto Tires, we may collect The California Tire Fee when you purchase tires for delivery in the state of CA.
Consumers who purchase new tires through an internet transaction from Sakamoto Tires without paying the tire fee, should pay the tire fee directly to their state department. Here are the references for each state.
